An Affirmative Action Plan or Affirmative Action Program (AAP) is a management tool designed to ensure equal employment opportunities (recruitment, selection, advancement, etc.) through the use of diagnostic analyses based off internal audits and reporting systems. Nuts-and-Bolts: VETS Reporting – Who, What, and When

September is officially here, and the September 30th due date for EEO-1 Reporting is fast approaching, which means the Veterans’ Employment and Training Service Reports (VETS-100 and VETS-100A) are due as well.  Similar to EEO-1 reporting, VETS-100 and VETS-100A Reports are compliance surveys mandated by federal regulations and statutes.  As mentioned in our previous blog post on EEO Reporting, frequently asked questions pertaining to filing include: Who needs to file; What do you need to report and why; and, When do you have to do all of this?
